We’re looking for an Admin Office Assistant to keep the business running smoothly. Based at our head office in Callington, this is an ideal position for anyone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys diverse work, and takes pride in their attention to detail.
What you’ll be doing:
Email and comms management
- Helping with internal and external email management, ensuring prompt responses and clear communication.
- Liaising with the team to coordinate and organise schedules, tasks, and project requirements.
- Full client and team support to provide clear communications and workflow efficiency.
Administrative and office support
- Helping to generate and process quotes and invoices efficiently.
- Provide clients with necessary certifications and documentation.
- Keep paperwork and administrative processes running seamlessly.
- Track and manage safety documentation to ensure internal and regulatory compliance.
Logistics and coordination
- Booking accommodation for team members when needed.
- Arranging project access equipment hire and off-hire as required.
Operational and team support
- Working closely with management to keep the office running efficiently.
- Supporting our business processes and contributing to improvements.
- Helping manage office resources and supplies for an organised and productive environment.
