Restorative Technicians (full-time)

You’ll be using professional-grade chemicals and equipment, working at height, and tackling some of our most challenging cleaning, maintenance, and restoration projects. What you’ll be doing:

• Specialist exterior cleaning and maintenance – using expert techniques to restore building facades and surfaces.
• High-level cleaning and maintenance – working at height to clean and maintain commercial and industrial properties.
• LEV and ventilation cleaning – maintaining air quality and safety by cleaning extraction and ventilation systems.
• Building maintenance and painting – keeping commercial properties in top condition.

Additional requirements:

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
• UK right to work authorisation.
• A successful DBS check and a fit-to-work certification from a GP will be required.
• Must be able to commute to Callington or be willing to relocate before starting the role.

Preferred, but not essential:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• IPAF qualification (training can be provided).

What’s in it for you?

• £14.50 per hour starting rate (negotiable DOE) plus performance bonus.
• £14.50 – £30.00 per hour depending on the project work
• Monday to Friday schedule, plus overtime (time + 0.5 for hours worked between 6pm-6am).
• Double time for grease ventilation cleaning.
• 45 hours per week with the potential for a 4-day week where the schedule allows.
